Trek Festival Weekend 2024
Trek Festival Weekend will be October 18th-20th. Our schedule of events can be accessed here (link).

We will have a team dinner and celebration on Saturday evening at Trek Trails. All riders and their immediate family members are invited to attend our dinner and celebration.

Below are the steps you need to take to make sure your rider and your family can fully participate in the Trek Festival Weekend:

Register your rider to attend the Trek Festival Weekend in the NICA PitZone (click here). If your rider has a season pass, they are already registered. If they do not, you must register them by midnight, October 17th, but don't wait. Register them now.

Complete the Google Form (click here) to RSVP for the team Dinner/Celebration and to indicate what parts of the weekend your rider will participate in. You must complete the Google Form by Midnight, Thursday, October 10th. If you do not complete the Google Form to RSVP for dinner you may still attend the celebration but we will not be able to provide dinner for you.

Register for camping at Trek on our website (click here). Register for camping by Midnight, Thursday, October 10th (same as the RSVP). If you don't register by midnight, Thursday, October 10th, you cannot camp at Trek.
